I understand and acknowledge that any injuries incurred during the event are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. The event will be conducted in a positive environment. Please note that there are no refunds or credits.

(DOJANG POLICY & CLASS GUIDELINES)

We strive to maintain the best group training environment for improved safety, focus, and effective learning. Please
follow the guidelines below to ensure an energetic and enjoyable experience for all students!

1.    Attendance & Punctuality
•    Assigned Classes: Students must attend their designated age and level (Rank/Belt) class.
•    Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early.
•    Late Arrival: If late, please wait in the lobby until the instructor grants permission to join.
2.    Dress Code & Equipment
•    Uniform: Students must be fully dressed in their uniform and belt before entry.
•    Sparring Day (B-Day): Full protective gear (including arm/shin guards) must be worn before class begins.
3.    Schedule changes & Makeup Classes
•    Makeups: Must be pre-approved and are limited to non-crowded classes.
•    Exclusions: No makeup classes for Official Holidays or Dojang Vacations (non-instructional days). 
•    Changes: Permanent schedule changes require office approval one week in advance.
4.    Private Lessons
•    Target: For technical refinement, belt test prep, or making up missed attendance.
•    Booking: Must be scheduled in advance with the Master. Additional fees apply.
5.    Birthday Parties
•    Features: Celebrate with Taekwondo games and a real sword cake-cutting ceremony!
